This Saturday, the University of Southampton will be hosting this year’s Futures Festival – an event that will feature a range of talks and workshops on issues surrounding climate change and how we can effectively engage with them. The Facebook page can be found here. I will be giving a talk at 11:30. Some details about it here. UPDATE: Unfortunately the event has had to be cancelled. Hopefully it will run later this year.
On Sunday the 17th March the first TEDxSouthamptonUniversity will be held. There is a new (and still rather under development – it’s not being held at NOCS, but Highfield campus) website here. The event is free but tickets are limited so if you would like to attend be sure to register sooner rather than later.
